Our Juniors 3 students had the challenge of being tourist guides giving information to the Teens! Each student selected a city, did a guided search and created their map, with the places of the city. In the activities of speaking and role play, the students intended to give information in a satisfactory way, such as “I’m hungry. Where can I go?” “You can go to the restaurant”or “I’m sick. Where can I go?” ” You can go to the hospital.” For this purpose, the students learned several places of the city, such as post office, hospital, museum, restaurant, bakery, supermarket, drugstore, train station, movie theater, toy store etc, as well as exploring a lot of information about the city, such as money, sightseeing, curiosities etc.

Let’s learn how to make cookies and brownies with our bilingual students? Teacher Vania’s students went to the gourmet kitchen to have a delicious cooking class this week! They learned the vocabulary related to the recipe in a very fun way. Yummy yummy! Very good, people! Delicious!!!

The bilingual classes are back! As a part of our routine, fun activities are essential for a meaningful learning: In the first classes, the students did many activities as a review, such as games, songs, talking time, activities in the “Possibilities’ room” and many others! In addition, as a cultural part of the course, we also discussed Carnival and Valentine’s Day in English. Here are some pictures of some of these fun and effective moments!
